Mark your calendars.  The Administration for Community Living will hold a webinar on March 4, 2014 from 3-4 est on Webinar on Making Managed Long-Term Services and Supports More Consumer Focused.  The description offers:

Health programs work better for consumers when they are shaped with consumers in mind. What does that mean for managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS), which is growing by leaps and bounds? How can these programs better serve older adults and people with disabilities? This webinar will showcase a new interactive web-based tool that combines a checklist for assessing and shaping MLTSS with examples of practices, policies or contract language that implement the criteria.
