Canadian Conference on Elder Law–early bird registration ends Aug. 1

You are cordially invited to attend the Canadian Conference on Elder Law held November 8 – 10, 2007 at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The Canadian Conference on Elder Law is aimed at educating professional groups, lawyers, community members, advocates, health specialists, and researchers on important legal issues relating to older adults.  This year’s Conference will feature:

    * A Keynote Address by the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Canada Beverley McLachlin, P.C.
    * A Dinner Address by Mr. Michael Valpy, Senior Writer for the Globe and Mail
    * A Distinguished Lecture by Prof. Rebecca Morgan, Stetson University.

We are honoured this year to host the Honourable Madam Justice Beverley McLachlin as our Keynote Address and hope that you will be interested in attending, either as a Conference participant or separately at the Keynote Address itself.

There will be a variety of plenary speakers and breakout sessions presented by national and international experts from a variety of fields of study and work, with special emphasis on law, education, health, social work and policy.
