Symposium Issue:  Elder LawThe St. Thomas Law Review invites contributors to their symposium issue on Elder Law.  This new symposium will be the St. Thomas Law Review’s First Annual Elder Law Issue, as the Review has deemed this to be an important and ongoing topic warranting academic attention.  The first issue will be published in the 2007-2008 academic year.This could include topics such as nursing homes, wills and trusts, health law, estate planning, Medicare/Medicaid, guardianship, etc.  This list is in no way exhaustive of the possibilities!
