Pietsch says Hawai’i law might be unconstitutional

University of Hawai’i’s James Pietsch is quoted in yesterday’s Honolulu Star Bulletin in a story on a state law that prevents removal of a feeding tube unless the patient gives informedconsent, makes an advance health-care directive with instructions, or aguardian or designated surrogate makes the decision.
