More no-shows on the Medicaid Commission

The Kaiser Foundation is reporting that the Las Vegas Sun is reporting that the National Governor’s Association is saying that it won’t participate in HHS Sec. Michael Leavitt’s Medicaid Commission.  Of course, the guvs haven’t yet been invited to join the Commission.  But they do plan to continue their own efforts to gut–er, reform–Medicaid as a source for paying for long term care for the severely disabled elderly.
