More not elder law: University of Kansas cancels course on intelligent design as a “creation myth”

Evidently fearing the loss of funding or for some reason having to do with money and politics ratherMuggs2 than academic freedom, intellectual honesty, and the First Amendment, the University of Kansas has cancelled an elective religion course that characterizes “intelligent design” as a creation myth rather than as science.  Read all about it.

My question:  Will KU also accede to pressure and cancel Astronomy 191, Contemporary Astronomy, which reputedly teaches that earth is part of a heliocentric solar system as believed by 16th century heretic Giordano Bruno?  Muggletonians, unite!
