AOA Community Living Program Cooperative Agreements

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and U.S. Departmentof Veterans Affairs (VA) announced a landmark collaboration to help thefamilies of older Americans and Veterans with disabilities of all agescare for their loved ones in the community. This partnership builds onthe similar missions of HHS and the VA with regard to caring for thepopulations they serve and has as its ultimate goal a nationwide homeand community-based long-term-care support program to serve olderAmericans and veterans of all ages.
