NAELA request input on spring 2010 Annual Meeting

The 2010 NAELA Annual Meeting committee is soliciting topics that cover the overall theme of “Planning in Times of Uncertainty”.  We are looking for topics specific to the different  areas of Elder and Special Needs Law that pertain to your Section/Chapter, such as(Financial, Tax Law Changes, Health Reform,  the rumored decline ofElder Law, Medicaid Planning now and the future of Medicaid Planning,how the changes offer opportunities for practice expansion.  Please email Casey Anderson canderson@naela.org your feedback and suggestions by October 22nd, 2009.
