RFPs: National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care Annual Meeting october 25-28, 2011

36th Annual Consumer Voice Conference & Meeting

REQUEST FOR SESSION PROPOSALS

The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care is now accepting proposal for the 2011 Annual Conference and Meeting, being held in Grand Rapids, Michigan, October 25-28, 2011.   Proposals  may come from citizen advocates, ombudsmen, researchers, and others who are involved in advocacy for long-term care consumers. Advocacy for individual residents as well as effective systems advocacy and educational programs are topic areas of particular interest. We look for presentations that demonstrate concrete advocacy strategies that can not only be replicated but make things happen that positively impact consumers. We will consider sessions about advocacy in the entire long-term care continuum including nursing homes, assisted living, and home and community based services. We encourage you to address the successes and barriers in your efforts.

Refer to the Request for Proposal form for more information.  Proposals should be submitted to rfp@theconsumervoice.org
