Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Managing Other’s Money Series

The CFPB announced on October 29, 2013 the release of 4 new booklets for individuals managing the money of another.  These booklets  are part of the CFPB series of booklets on different topics. These new booklets cover POAs, guardianships, trustees and Social Security Rep Payees/VA Fiduciaries.  The booklets are written in an easy to read and understand format, with examples, questions and answers, definitions, a discussion of duties, helpful tips and a list of resources.  The booklets run between 22-28 pages (depending on the booklet) and are a great resource for students and clients.  The booklets are available for download as pdfs.  Here’s the best part-you can order print copies for free, including bulk orders. This ROCKS!
