Consumer Voice Conducting Focus Groups

The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care (some of us will remember this as the National Citizens’ Coalition on Nursing Home Reform or NCCNHR) is hosting two focus groups this month.  One is limited to residents of nursing homes (December 5, 2013) and the other limited to  “home care consumers” (December 11, 2013) who are receiving in home long term services and supports.  Both focus groups will be conducted by phone.  To register for the home care focus group, click here and for the residents’ focus group, here.
