Ok, this is really cool. NPR has run a story that shows how the US, Japan, Nigeria and the world are aging. Quoctrung Bui writes for Planet Money’s blog  a post, Watch the World Grow Older*, In 4 GIFs.  The graphs span 1950-2050 and it is fascinating to watch the changes in the graphs as the years pass.  Trust me, it’s worth a look (and there is some data that goes only with the graphs).
