For Lovebirds on February 14 — “What Holiday is This?”

Originally I was scheduled to be on the road today, visiting my parents in Arizona. My dad, who served as a federal judge for more than 30 years, used to “test” his new law clerks each year by asking them what holiday would they be celebrating together on February 14th? And since the holiday has been around for more than 100 years, it seems reasonable to ask about it on a Blog with an “aging” theme. Do you know the answer? 

Admittedly, depending on where you live, you might celebrate a similar holiday on a different day of the year.  (And yes, that’s a clue!)
