On February 11, 2026, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute is offering a concentrated, one-day program for Continuing Legal Education credits, with choices organized into two tracks of courses
One of my good friends from the practice of Elder Law, Linda Anderson, a Certified Elder Law Attorney from the eastern side of Pennsylvania, is joining with me to offer a closer look at contracting and financing issues in Senior Living, with a special focus on Continuing Care Communities. Linda has often shared with me the types of questions her clients ask when they are thinking about what might be the best place for their future years. She thinks big-picture and recognizes how planning ahead can reduce the potential for “surprises.” Our joint program is from 11:20 am to 12:20 pm.
