Congratulations are in order to our co-blogger,  Katherine Pearson, on becoming the chair of the AALS section on Aging & the Law yesterday at the section’s meeting. Mark Bauer, my colleague at Stetson Law is the imediate past-chair of the section (thanks Mark!)  I know Katherine will have a very successsful term!
