Noble Paws–This is SO Cool!

I was reading another blog the other day and saw a guest column about Noble Paws. The mission of Noble Paws is to  “provide[] dog sled training and services for persons with special needs, disabilities and at-risk behaviors. This service includes the use of a trained dog sled team and handicap accessible dog sleds.” According to the guest column and website, the sleds are customized and include sleds for individuals in wheelchairs and individuals who are unable to stand.  The sled dogs are more than just the team pulling the sleds and are also considered service dogs, offering “physical assistance, fellowship and an emotional connection for participants.” The website includes a number of stories of those individuals who have participated, and wonderful photos.  This ROCKS!!!
