Does This Sound Familiar

Ever been about to perform one task, find yourself diverted by something else and before you know it, you are off doing something else rather than your original task? Perhaps you are experiencing the phenemon known as “distracted aging”. Joyce Wadler wrote an excellent and entertaining article on this very topic for her “I Was Misinformed” column published in the New York Times on August 7, 2013.  The column appeared in the New York Times section “Booming” (Booming also offers a weekly email newsletter for subscribers).  After reading her column, the watchword for today is FOCUS!    Becky Morgan
