What: This call will provide basic information for residents looking to be their own health care advocates and will include information on care planning and other ways residents can get involved as active participants in their health.
The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care is hosting this free national conference call for residents of nursing homes as part of a two-call series. Residents can join the call on their own, with their resident council or with another group of residents using speakerphone! These calls are only open to nursing home residents. Participation is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
