Congress passed the Deficit Reduction Act. It will be signed by President Bush. The Act reduces spending on Medicare and Medicaid. Medical Assistance practice will be changed significantly.

Minnesota CLE and a talented group of Minnesota’s leading elder law and MA attorneys have been collaborating for the past six weeks to create a seminar in the event the bill passed. Join us March 27th for a frank exploration of the many changes. Among the issues to be discussed:
