House Republicans Pass Anti-Elderly, Anti-Middle Class, Anti-Grandparent Budget Bill

Early today House Republications passed a budget reconciliation bill that maintains provisions aimed at depriving the middle class of their ability to finance long term care.  The bill also makes deep cuts in poverty programs and reduces payments to grandparents caring for their grandchildren.  For analyses of the legislation, visit the CBPP website, Families USA, and the Las Vegas Sun.
