CMA answers questions about Medicare Part D

The Center for Medicare Advocacy has just released an analysis of the Part D implementation efforts and provides the RIGHT answers to questons being raised around the country by potential beneficiaries concerning eligibility, enrollment, and the consequences of failing to enroll in timely fashion.  The publication is especially useful to low income beneficiaries and those who advise them.
